Pioneer Projects was engaged by the well respected architect Nick Van Exter to undertake structural extensions and internal/external fit-out of his residence. The client was very hands on and knew the exact outcome he wanted to achieve. Works included all new heritage external wrap around verandahs, new bathrooms and kitchen and deck. The result was a great home for a very respected member of the construction industry.
